The Coming Year
Budget time has passed, and the budget passed. You guys are doing a great job giving as a class, keep it up. We'd like for you to comment on Sunday School for the coming year. What would you like to learn about? What questions do you have, what areas do you feel weak in? Its been a while since the parenting class, is it time for another life-application series? Do you want to read and talk about a book? Do you simply trust your instructor to teach whatever they feel appropriate? You comment, and we'll do what we can.

Sam and I (Jennifer) have talked about this and we both agree that we love the way Courtney has been teaching our class lately. It seems that every week someone says "I didn't know that!" Although she often blows our minds by dispelling our preconceived notions about the Bible, we are learning so much from her. I know it is a lot of work for her, but we really appreciate her efforts. Not that we did not get anything out of the Parenting Class, but life-application studies often turn into current event and/or social commentary rather than being a Biblical study. Two votes here for staying the current course. Thanks!
Here's another vote for staying the course and studying scripture. I learn so much every week and really look forward to Sunday school. I am sure it is a lot of work for Courtney, but she is so good at "teaching" the Bible. I don't really care what books/theme we use. I also like the way she gets the class to participate. Lori
I missed out on the Advent stuff because of teaching, but I've heard great things about it. I know this a little ahead of schedule, but does an Lent/Holy Week/Easter topic done like the Advent topic interest anyone? Pete
