The adult worship generally follows the lectionary for the calendar. The services at West Hills Baptist are augmented by exceptional worship through music. Worship also includes the participation of the congregation through song and responsive readings. The organ and piano accompaniment add special reverence to the atmosphere of worship.
West Hills Baptist is not a church which strives to attract members by marketing itself or entertaining. Rather, the focus of our worship is God. The result is a congregation which defies generalizations. We are neither old or young. We are varied in our backgrounds, cultures and traditions. The assimilating factor is God's love. |
